Each dish (even dessert!) will incorporate black Perigord truffles, coveted for their intense aroma, earthy flavour, and luxurious texture. Sourced from Manjimup in Western Australia, these truffles are celebrated for their exceptional quality due to the region's ideal climate and soil composition.
