For our next wine dinner, we’re heading to Lazio — the historic heart of Italy and home to the eternal city, Rome.

The region’s volcanic soils yield vibrant, aromatic whites and structured reds full of dark fruit and spice — wines made to stand up to Lazio’s no-nonsense food.
