For our latest wine dinner, we’re zeroing on in the region of Campania, known for its rich history, stunning coastlines, and vibrant culinary traditions.
Not only the birthplace of pizza, Campania is celebrated for its exceptional mozzarella di bufala, rich pasta dishes like spaghetti alla vongole with fresh clams, and its vibrant, citrus-infused cuisine. The region boasts delicious seafood, luscious tomatoes, and the famous Sorrento lemons used in both savoury and sweet dishes… All of which pair beautifully with its bold, crisp and minerally wines.
